How does Bephugib structure its fees?

Most engagements are billed hourly, but we offer fixed fees and monthly caps for well-defined matters. Every engagement starts with a written estimate and a clear budget. You will never receive a surprise invoice from this firm.

Do you handle cross-border transactions outside Malaysia?

Yes. Cross-border transactions are a core part of our practice. We work with clients on deals spanning ASEAN, East Asia, the Middle East and beyond, coordinating with vetted local counsel in each jurisdiction to deliver seamless execution.
